(1) The Minister may by order—
(a) amend the Schedule;
(b) provide, whether in like manner or otherwise, for matters appearing to the Minister to be incidental or supplemental to or consequential upon, the carrying out of any of the purposes of this Act;
(c) provide for such other matters necessary for the better administration of the Family Court.
