(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the overall administration of Export Saint Lucia. (Amended by Act 8 of 2019)
(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall—
(a) supervise the conduct and manage the staff of Export Saint Lucia; (Amended by Act 8 of 2019)
(b) attend meetings of the Council as an ex officio member;
(c) handle the main representation of Export Saint Lucia and to act as a conduit between Export Saint Lucia and the Council; (Amended by Act 8 of 2019)
(d) coordinate resources and professional services for Export Saint Lucia; (Amended by Act 8 of 2019)
(e) prepare and submit proposals on export strategy for approval by the Council; and
(f) perform any other duties in relation to his or her employment.
