24. Audit report of Export Saint Lucia
Export Saint Lucia shall cause an independent auditor, appointed under section 23(1), as soon as practicable and not later than 2 months after the end of each financial year, to submit copies of the audited financial statements of Export Saint Lucia and a report on the financial statements to the Council.
