3. Option of storage of gunpowder of 50 lbs or under
In all cases of the importation of gunpowder in quantities of 50 pounds weight or under, the powder so imported may, at the option of the importer or other person in charge thereof, and upon his or her request, be carried to and placed in the Store or Magazine.
