30. Blasting
A person shall not set off an explosive charge unless such person has obtained a licence from the Commissioner of Police to do so and the Commissioner of Police may refuse to issue such licence where he or she is of the opinion that the applicant is not a person competent to set off such charge without danger to the public safety and peace. Such a licence when issued shall be in accordance with Form “G” in the Schedule to this Order and the licence fee is $5.00 per year.
However, a fee is not payable in the case of Government blasters.
