12. Penalty on person contravening Order as to keeping of explosive
If any explosive is kept in contravention of any such order, all or any part of such explosive which may be found in such place may be forfeited, and the occupier of such place, and also the owner of or other person guilty of keeping such explosive, on being convicted of such contravention, are each liable to a penalty not exceeding $0.48 for every pound of explosive so kept, and in default of payment, to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 6 months.
