11. Penalty on person contravening Order as to manufacture of explosives
If any explosive is manufactured in contravention of any such order, all or any part of such explosive which may be found either in or about such place or in the possession or under the control of any person convicted under this section may be forfeited, and the person so manufacturing, on being convicted thereof, is liable to a penalty not exceeding $480 a day for every day during which he or she so manufactures, and, in default of payment, to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 6 months.
