10. Governor General may prohibit manufacture, etc., of specially dangerous explosive
The Governor General may, by order to be published in the Gazette, prohibit absolutely, or subject to conditions or restrictions, the manufacture, keeping, importation, conveyance, and sale, or any of them, of any explosive which is of so dangerous a character that, in the judgment of the Governor General, it is expedient for the public safety to make such order. However, such order shall not absolutely prohibit anything which may be lawfully done by virtue of the provisions of Part 1, or of any by-law of the Castries Corporation relating to the sale of gunpowder.
