The Registrar shall maintain a Register of Companies in which to keep the name of every body corporate—
(a) that is—
(i) incorporated under this Act,
(ii) continued as a company under this Act,
(iii) registered under this Act, or
(iv) restored to the register under this Act; and
(b) that has not been subsequently struck off that register.
