13. Procedure for meetings

(1) The Board shall meet —
1. (a) twice yearly with the head of the Unit to review the efficient running of the Unit; and
1. (b) from time to time as required to consider decisions of the Unit.

(2) Subject to this section, the Board may regulate its own procedure.
