(1) Any member of the Board, other than the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, may at any time resign his or her office by notice in writing addressed to the Minister and transmitted through the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, and from the date of the receipt by the Minister of such notice, such member ceases to be a member of the Board.
(2) The Chairperson or the Deputy Chairperson may at any time resign his or her office by notice in writing addressed to the Minister and such resignation takes effect as from the date of the receipt by the Minister of such notice.
