Cabinet may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Board if —
(a) that member becomes disqualified in accordance with section 6;
(b) that member is guilty of neglect of duty, misconduct or malfeasance;
(c) that member exhibits behaviour inconsistent with his or her functions as assigned under this Act;
(d) that member is absent from 3 consecutive meetings without reasonable excuse; or
(e) it is for reasons of national security.
