6. Trustees may dispose of property
It shall be lawful for the Trustees, subject to such rules, regulations and control as aforesaid and with the consent of Cabinet from time to time by deed under their common seal to sell, lease, grant, convey, mortgage, exchange or otherwise dispose of any land or any other property by this Act vested, or which may hereafter be vested in the Trustees upon such terms as the Trustees with consent of the General Council may see fit.
