Where an indigenous New Testament Baptist Church has been established in Saint Lucia before or after the commencement of this Act and the said Church has fulfilled the requirements prescribed by Baptist Mid-Missions for becoming independent and the Baptist Mid-Missions has formally accepted the said fellowship, the Trustees shall at the request of the said Church forthwith transfer convey and deliver to the said Church all property movable and immovable which the Trustees may have acquired in their name in trust for the said church or may otherwise hold as trustees for the said Church.
