4. Trustees may acquire property
The Trustees shall, subject to the rules, regulations and control of the General Council, have power to acquire for Baptist Mid-Missions by purchase, exchange, git, bequest, lease or otherwise all property movable or immovable as owners or for any other estate or interest therein: and, subject to such rules, regulations and control as aforesaid to take hold and enjoy the same and subject also to the performance of any trust upon which the same may have been acquired.
