(1) The Authority may with the approval of the Minister, make regulations in regard to—
(a) anything which, under the provisions of this Act, is to be prescribed;
(b) the proper treatment, selection, rejection, processing, packing, stacking, handling, storage and transportation of exportable bananas;
(c) boxing plants, operations thereat, and field packing;
(d) any measures whatsoever for the protection of exportable bananas and the maintenance and enhancement of their quality; and
(e) the better carrying out of the purposes of this Act.
(2) The regulations contained in the Schedule to this Act may be varied or revoked by other regulations made under this section.
