Any person who knowingly enters into, or becomes concerned in, an arrangement which facilitates the acquisition, retention or control by or on behalf of another person of terrorist property—
(a) by concealment;
(b) by removal out of jurisdiction;
(c) by transfer to a nominee; or
(d) in any other way,
commits an offence and is on conviction on indictment, liable to imprisonment for a term of 25 years.
