OFFENCES

5. Provision or collection of property to commit terrorist acts

Any person who—

(a) provides;

(b) collects; or

(c) makes available,

by, any means, directly or indirectly, any property, intending, knowing or having reasonable grounds to believe that the property will be used in full or in part to carry out a terrorist act commits an offence and is on conviction on indictment, liable to imprisonment for a term of 25 years.
