(1) Any person who conspires with another person in Saint Lucia to do any act in any place outside Saint Lucia, being an act, which if done in Saint Lucia would have constituted an offence under this Act shall be deemed to have conspired to do that act in Saint Lucia.
(2) Any person who conspires with another in a place outside Saint Lucia to do any act in Saint Lucia which constitutes an offence under this Act shall be deemed to have conspired in Saint Lucia to do that act.
