Bodies comprising Public Authority
1. Any local authority;
2. National Conservation Authority established under Act;
3. St. Lucia Air & Seaports Authority established under the St. Lucia Air & Seaports Authority Act;
4. Water & Sewerage Company established under the Water & Sewerage Company Act;
5. Motor Vehicle and Traffic Authority established under the Motor Vehicle and Traffic Act;
6. Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Authority established by an Act of Parliament;
7. The administering body of any cemetery;
8. Any other authority established by an Act of Parliament;
9. All other bodies or classes of bodies which may be from time to time declared by Minister published in the Gazette, to be public authorities for the purposes of this Act;
10. Any company, firm partnership or association.
