(1) A member, other than the Chairperson, may resign his or her office by notice in writing addressed to Cabinet and transmitted through the Chairperson and, from the date of the receipt of the notice by Cabinet, that person ceases to be a member of the National Committee.
(2) The Chairperson may resign his or her office by notice in writing addressed to Cabinet and, from the date of receipt of the notice by Cabinet, that person ceases to be Chairperson and a member of the National Committee.
