(1) Where the Comptroller reasonably believes that an aircraft may contain goods or items, the supply, sale, transfer or export of which is prohibited under this Act, he or she may deny permission to the aircraft to fly over, land or take-off from Saint Lucia.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply where the aircraft is engaged in emergency landing.
