(1) This Act does not derogate from existing forms or prevents the development of other forms of co-operation (whether formal or informal) with respect to criminal matters between Saint Lucia and any Commonwealth country, or between Saint Lucia, or any enforcement agencies or prosecuting authorities in Saint Lucia, and the International Criminal Police Organisation or any such agencies or authorities outside Saint Lucia.
(2) This Act does not authorise the extradition, or the arrest or detention with a view to extradition, of any person.
