3. Central authority
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette designate any person or authority as the central authority for Saint Lucia. Editor's note: By Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Central Authority) Order, S.I. 37/1998, the following officer is designated as the central authority for Saint Lucia: Senior Foreign Service Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
