9. Merger or consolidation

(1) An application to register articles of merger or consolidation under sections 76, 77 or 79 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Form 9 of Schedule 1.

(2) A certificate of merger or consolidation issued under section 76, 77 or 79 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Form 10 of Schedule 1.
