13. Certificate of good standing

(1) An application for a certificate of good standing under section 116 of the Act shall be in the form set out on Form 17 of Schedule 1.

(2) A certificate of good standing under section 116 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Form 16 of Schedule 1.
