6. Change of name

(1) A Certificate of Amendment for a change of name under section 10(5) of the Act shall be in the form set out in Form 5 of Schedule 1.

(2) A notice by the Registrar of a change of name of an international business company under section 10 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Form 6 of Schedule 1.
