(1) Section 17 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act shall have effect in respect of the powers, rights and privileges of the Commission.
(2) The form of summons for the attendance of witnesses or other persons or production of documents may be as in Form 1 of Schedule 3.
(3) A witness before the Commission is entitled to the same immunities and privileges as if he or she were a witness before a Commission of Inquiry set up under the Commissions of Inquiry Act.
