18. Income, assets and liabilities of agent acting as agent
For the purposes of a declaration, the income, assets and liabilities of a person in public life, include the income, assets and liabilities acquired, held or incurred by any other person—

(a) as his or her agent or on his or her behalf;

(b) as a spouse's agent or on behalf of a spouse.
