(1) Subject to subsection (3), the Commission shall as soon as possible but not later than 2 months after the end of each financial year, make a report to Parliament of its activities in the preceding year and the report shall be tabled in the House of Assembly and the Senate not later than 3 months after receiving the report.
(2) The report under subsection (1) shall not disclose the particulars of any declaration filed with the Commission.
(3) The Commission shall make its first report to Parliament not later than one month after the end of its first year of operation and the report shall be tabled within 3 months of its submission to Parliament.
