Every queen-bee, package, bee-hive or other article adapted for use in connection with bee-keeping which is imported into Saint Lucia contrary to the provisions of this Act or of any regulations under this Act may be seized and forfeited and may be destroyed or otherwise dealt with as the Director of Agricultural Services may direct.
