(1) Any expenditure incurred by or on behalf of the Crown by reason of the passing of this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by the House of Assembly.
(2) Any sums payable to the Crown by reason of the passing of this Act shall be paid into the general revenue of Saint Lucia.
