2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“imprisonment” means imprisonment in the prison, with or without hard labour, as the case may be, and includes penal servitude;
“licence-holder” means any person to whom a licence is granted under this Act, and who holds or is entitled to hold such licence;
“prison” means the Bordelais Correctional Facility;
“prisoner” means any person undergoing or hereafter to undergo imprisonment in Saint Lucia, whether under the sentence of any court of Saint Lucia or any other country, the term of whose original sentence was or shall be not less than 2 years.
