2. Interpretation
In this Act unless the context otherwise requires—
“CARICOM Single Market and Economy” means the regime established by the Treaty for the deeper integration of the national markets and economies of all member States of the Community;
“Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for CARICOM affairs;
“Treaty” means the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas Establishing the Caribbean Community including the CARICOM Single Market and Economy signed in the Bahamas on 5 July 2001.
