5.   Register of identification marks

The Association shall keep a register of identification marks and shall cause to be entered therein the following particulars in respect of every identification mark allocated to a registered grower—

1.  

   (a)     the name and residence of the registered grower to whom the identification mark is allocated;

   (b)     the description of the identification mark;

1.  

   (c)     the date of allocation;

1.  

   (d)     the situation of every portion of land whereon such registered grower grows bananas.
