32. Fines to be paid into the Treasury
Where in any proceedings for offences committed on, or in relation to, any public by-way, any fines or penalties are imposed and recovered, the same shall be paid into the Treasury for the credit of the General Revenue of the State. (Amended by Act 20 of 1969)
