27. Limitation of powers of Authority
The Authority shall not have power to cut down cocoa or fruit bearing trees, except as expressly authorised by this Act, or to purchase or take possession of lands, or otherwise to involve the Government in claims for compensation without first obtaining the permission of Cabinet.
