The Mission shall comprise members as follows—
(a) a President who shall be Livingston Aaron or his or her successor in title;
(b) a Secretary who shall also be the Treasurer and who shall be Johnson Frederick or his or her successor in title;
(c) one Trustee who shall be Elisha Hunte or his or her successor in title.
