7.   Property to be held for groups without status

In all cases where property, moveable and immoveable, of what nature or kind soever, has been or is bequeathed by will or otherwise given to any number or class of persons being members of the Roman Catholic Church in Saint Lucia, who have not as that number or class any legal status, and no person is authorised by will or otherwise to deal with the property the said body corporate shall be the administrator, and as the administrator shall have power to sell, transport, mortgage or lease the property, and all other powers necessary for the absolute control and disposal without, however, imposing any personal liability on any Roman Catholic Bishop or any other Roman Catholic dignitary in Saint Lucia.
