3. Incorporation of Bishop
The Right Reverend Charles Gachet, Bishop of Castries, the Roman Catholic Bishop in Saint Lucia, and his or her successors in office shall be a body corporate, and have the name of “The Roman Catholic Bishop in Saint Lucia”, and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and full power to purchase, take, hold, enjoy, sell, transport, mortgage, lease, invest, and otherwise deal with, and dispose of, all property, moveable and immoveable, of what nature or kind soever, hereby vested and hereafter acquired, and may sue and be sued in all courts of justice, and before all magistrates in Saint Lucia.
