5. Vesting of property transferred to Church
All property, moveable or immoveable, of what nature or kind soever, heretofore and hereafter bequeathed by will, or otherwise given to the Roman Catholic Church in Saint Lucia, shall be held by, and is vested in, and shall be deemed to be the property of, the said body corporate.
