Any member or any public officer or authority on whom the Commission may confer powers or impose duties shall have such and the like protection and privileges in case of any action or suit brought against such member, officer or authority for any act done or omitted to be done in the exercise of his or her functions as is by law given to any judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court acting in the execution of his or her office.
