A member of the Commission is taken to have vacated his or her office if the —
(a) member resigns pursuant to section 14;
(b) member's appointment is revoked pursuant to section 15;
(c) member is disqualified pursuant to section 7; or
(d) member is absent without the permission of the Chairperson
(e) from 3 consecutive meetings of the Commission of which due notice has been given.
