5. Compensation to be awarded

(1) For the purposes of section 8(2) of the Act, the Commission may make an award of compensation as specified in Part I of Schedule 2.

(2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), the Commission shall not award compensation in the circumstances specified in Part II of Schedule 2.
