9.   Proceeding in case of test being disrupted by owner of petroleum

If the owner of any petroleum certified to be volatile petroleum under sections 4 and 7 is dissatisfied with the test made by the person so authorised under sections 6 and 8 it is lawful for the owner of such petroleum within 24 hours of the receipt of the copy of the certificate from the Director of Finance and Planning to give notice to the Director of Finance and Planning that he or she disputes the correctness of the test of the samples of such petroleum and the owner of the petroleum may there-upon require some other competent person to be approved by the Governor General to make another test of the samples.
