25. Tariff of charges for storing petroleum in the Warehouse
It is lawful for the Director of Finance and Planning to prepare a tariff of charges to be paid upon all petroleum stored in the petroleum warehouse, and to alter such tariff; and such tariff or altered tariff, on being approved by the Governor General, is binding on all persons who may deposit petroleum in the said Warehouse. However, the existing tariff shall remain in force until a new tariff is prepared under this Act.
