Every person authorised to test petroleum under this Act is entitled to receive a fee for testing samples of petroleum when called upon to do so, at the rate of $2.40 for testing each set of 3 samples. Such fee shall be paid into the Treasury by the importer and paid by the Director of Finance and Planning to the person entitled thereto in the usual manner on the Certificate of the Director of Finance and Planning.
