(1) Where a person is not satisfied with a decision of the Council, that person may appeal against the decision by notice in writing to the Appeal Committee and shall serve a copy of the notice on the Council.
(2) The notice in subsection (1) shall be in the form prescribed in Schedule 4 and lodged with the Appeal Committee within 30 days of the decision or within such longer period allowed by the Appeal Committee.
