(1) An independent auditor under section 32 shall as soon as is practicable, and not later than 2 months after the end of each financial, year submit to the Council copies of the audited financial statement of the Council.
(2) Upon receipt of the financial statement in accordance with subsection (1), the Council shall submit such financial statement to the Minister responsible for Finance.
