A vacancy in the membership of the Council occurs—
(a) on the death of the member;
(b) if the member becomes disqualified under section 11;
(c) if the member resigns from membership under section 14;
(d) if the Governor General revokes the appointment of that member under section 13;
(e) on the absence of a member from three consecutive meetings of the Council without presenting a medical certificate or without being excused by the Chairperson in writing; or
(f) at the expiration of the period of appointment of a member.
